Jiangyan District Modern Science and Technology Industrial Park Yangfan Small and Medium Enterprise Pioneer Park A1-A2

Jiangsu Huaxia Ruitai Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.

Zhongdi Hongtong Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Huaxia Ruitai Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is located in A1-A2, Yangfan Small and Medium Enterprise Pioneer Park, Modern Science and Technology Industrial Park, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The building area is 13800m2. It is planned to invest 8 million yuan to add some new equipment, with an annual output of 30 million single-use samplers, 30 million cryopreservation tubes, and 30 million single-use peripheral blood collection tubes.

Major environmental impacts and countermeasures:

Wastewater: The main pollutants of domestic sewage in this project are COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N. The domestic sewage is treated in septic tanks and reused in farmland and fertilizer fields without being discharged.

Waste gas: The waste gas of this project is mainly the injection molding organic waste gas generated by the injection molding machine section. The exhaust gas from injection molding is collected by the gas collecting hood and then treated by secondary activated carbon adsorption and then discharged in an organized manner through a 1#15m exhaust pipe. The total non-methane hydrocarbon emission is 0.012t/a, the emission rate is 0.005kg/h, and the emission concentration is 1.25mg. /m3, the emission meets the emission standards of "Synthetic Resin Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB31572-2015); the emission of styrene is 0.00053t/a, the emission rate is 0.00022t/h, and the emission concentration is 0.055mg/m3, and the emission meets the requirements of " Emission Standard for Synthetic Resin Industrial Pollutants (GB31572-2015) and Emission Standard for Malodorous Pollutants (GB14554-93)

The uncollected part of injection waste gas is discharged in the workshop unorganized; the broken dust is collected by the gas collecting hood and treated with a bag filter and then discharged unorganized in the workshop. The fugitive emissions of non-methane total hydrocarbons from injection molding meet the emission requirements of "Synthetic Resin Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB31572-2015) and "Volatile Organic Compound Emission Control Standard" (GB 37822-2019); the fugitive emissions of injection molding styrene meet The standards in Table 2 of "Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93) and the newly expanded and renovated secondary standards in Table 1; the fugitive emission of crushed dust meets the standards in Table 2 of "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) emission standard requirements. Therefore, it will have little impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment, and will not change the existing environmental quality category at the location of the construction project.

There is no atmospheric environmental protection distance in this project. The sanitary protection distance is the envelope range formed by the 100m sanitary protection distance set in the production workshop. There are no environmentally sensitive targets such as residential areas, schools, and hospitals within the project's sanitary protection distance. Noise: The noise source of the project adopts measures such as sound insulation, noise reduction, sound absorption and vibration reduction. It is predicted that the noise of the project meets the requirements of Category 3 of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008). Environmental impact is small.

Solid waste: The solid wastes of this project can be properly disposed of and have little impact on the surrounding environment.
